2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.

3. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to declare invalid the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 2, 2016 No. 4176-U "About the list of positions of bank clerks of Russia who have no right to work part-time, and also based on the works agreement (except for teaching, research and creative activities) and to hold positions in credit and other institutions", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2017 No. 45156.
