ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Regulations on rules of transfer of children without parental support, on adoption (adoption) to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also foreign citizens

According to the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Convention on the Rights of the Child the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on rules of transfer of children without parental support, on adoption (adoption) to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also foreign citizens.

2. Grant to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic the right to make necessary explanations on application of the rules approved by this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 15, 1994 No. 825 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of minors, without parental support, on adoption (adoption)".
