The subitem a) parts 1) Item 37 of the Regulations on conditions and procedure of currency transactions approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 29/2018 of year (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, the Art. 343) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1296 of February 19, 2018 after the word of "nonresident" to add with the words "or abroad for benefit of resident".
