About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2015 No. 374 and of January 13, 2016 No. 94

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2015 No. 374 "About approval of the list of categories of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment which are subject to periodic checking" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 46, the Art. 1492) and of January 13, 2016 No. 94 "About approval of the Technical regulation of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 16, the Art. 624) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.

1. Of June 4, 2015 Item 20 in the column "The Name of Category of Legislatively Regulated Means of the Measuring Equipment Which Are Subject to Periodic Checking" to state No. 374 in annex to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the following edition:

"20. Devices of control of observance of traffic regulations with functions photo, video fixings:

measuring instruments of speed of movement of vehicles remote;

measuring instruments of spatio-temporal parameters of location of vehicles remote".
