1. State Item 1.21 in the following edition:

"1.21. Rostrud according to the procedure and the terms established by the Government develops and approves administrative regulations of implementation of the state control (supervision) and provision of the state services which establish the terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) providing implementation of powers of Rostrud, effective work of its structural divisions and realization of the rights of citizens.".

2. Add with Items 1.24 - 1.31 following contents:

"1.24. Drafts of administrative regulations of implementation of the state control (supervision) and provision of the state services, and also projects of regulatory legal acts on introduction of changes in them or their cancellation are prepared by the structural divisions of Rostrud providing implementation of the corresponding state functions (services) according to regulations on structural divisions.

1.25. Drafts of administrative regulations of implementation of the state control (supervision) and provision of the state services, and also projects of regulatory legal acts on introduction of changes in them or their cancellation are subject to obligatory approval of Legal Management.

The direction for examination in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of drafts of administrative regulations of implementation of the state control (supervision) and provision of the state services or regulatory legal act on introduction of changes in them or their cancellation is allowed only after their approval of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

Interaction with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation concerning settlement of disagreements when conducting examination, including in case of return of projects without examination, and also in the presence of notes and offers in the conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, is performed by the relevant structural divisions of Rostrud which are developers of projects of regulatory legal acts.

After elimination by the structural divisions providing implementation of the corresponding state functions and (or) provision of the state services, offers and notes of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation reflected in the conclusion or which formed the basis for return without examination of drafts of administrative regulations of implementation of the state control (supervision) and provision of the state services or regulatory legal act on introduction of changes in them or their cancellation are subject to approval of Legal Management.

Modifed drafts of administrative regulations of implementation of the state control (supervision) and provision of the state services or regulatory legal act on introduction of changes in them or their cancellation are subject to the direction the relevant structural divisions which are developers of project data of regulatory legal acts in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation on approval.

1.29. Interaction with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, including completion of projects of regulatory legal acts taking into account notes, is performed by the relevant structural divisions of Rostrud which are developers of project data of regulatory legal acts.

1.30. Interaction with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation is performed by the relevant structural divisions of Rostrud in coordination with Legal Management.

1.31.
