1.1. The paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:
"5. Acceptance of the reporting of the operator, being credit institution, is performed by the territorial office of the Bank of Russia which is in the territory of the same subject of the Russian Federation where the operator is registered as the legal entity. The operator, being the credit institution having the right to appeal to the Bank of Russia about provision of the reporting in territorial office of the Bank of Russia in the location of one of branches of this credit institution.".
