About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 22 of ZR-185-N "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus" (further - the Law):

"The case established by part 3" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "the cases established by parts 1.1 and 3";

To add 2) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Credit bureaus provide in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" to the Commission on ethics of the high-ranking officials information on the official persons customs applicants provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" and persons which are part of their family from their consent for the purpose of, stipulated in Item 2.1 parts 2 of this Article based on the agreement signed between credit bureau and the Commission on ethics of the high-ranking officials.

The procedure for transfer by credit bureaus of the Commission on ethics of the high-ranking officials of data by means of electronic information system is established by the joint legal act of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia and the commission.";

Part 2 to add 3) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service", the analysis of declarations of the official persons customs applicants provided by this law and persons which are part of their family;".

Article 2. To add article 18 of the Law with part 4 following of content:
