About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About medicines"

Article 1. Of May 17, 2016 "About medicines" the words "and the control established by the law" to exclude ZR-86-N from Item 3 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia.
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 29 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. The state control in the field of the address of drugs is exercised by the inspection body exercising the control authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, according to the procedure, established by the law of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
