About creation of the state emergency ration of fuels and lubricants

For the purpose of creation of the state emergency ration of fuels and lubricants necessary for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- allocate to State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on public procurements and material reserves additional money for creation of the state emergency ration of fuels and lubricants in amount: gasoline - 5,0 of one thousand tons, diesel fuel - 10,0 of one thousand tons and reactive fuel - 1,0 of one thousand tons;

- provide the specified means in case of modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2006".

2. To the state agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on public procurements and material reserves (coordinator):

- prepare the draft of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic providing modification of the nomenclature and regulations of accumulating of fuels and lubricants of the state inviolable reserve;

- create the tender commission on purchase of fuels and lubricants for the state emergency ration. To include representatives in structure of the tender commission:

Industry ministries, trade and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic (commission chairman),

Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic,

Ministries of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic,

The state public procurements agency and material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic,

department of fuel and energy complex, mining industry and natural resources of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic,

- to make razbronirovaniye of the pledged amount of fuels and lubricants strictly based on the relevant resolutions and orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
