About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of work and material stimulation of workers of system of housing-and-municipal servicing
For the purpose of and enhancement of social protection of workers of system of housing-and-municipal servicing the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. The first paragraph of Item 7 of the Regulations on payment procedure of work and material stimulation of workers of system of the housing-and-municipal servicing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 22, 2017 No. 409 (2017, 25, the Art. 550) to state SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan to No. in the following edition:
"7. According to the legislation on work the following surcharges and allowances to official pay rate are paid to employees of state-financed organizations at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. H. Saliyev.
