About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. In article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 ZR-243-N "About national pensions" (further - the Law):

1) in Item 2 parts of 1 word "the family members involved in family entrepreneurship (including considered as paid workers)" shall be replaced with words "the individual entrepreneur who is considered only as the subject of family entrepreneurship";

Item 8 of part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"8) the periods estimated according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 1 and subitems "g", "e" of Item 3 of part 2 of article 31 of this Law";

To add 3) with part 6 of the following content:

"6. The periods of military service in working life established by Items 1 and 2 of part 1 of article 3 of this Law are estimated irrespective of whether it is subject to mandatory pension insurance, and from making of social payment.".

Article 2. To exclude from part 6 of article 30 of the Law of the word "the minimum annual" and in the same part of the word "Established within This Year" to replace with the word "Established".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 32 of the Law after the words "Supporting document" with words ", except as specified, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 4. The third paragraph of part 1 of article 33 of the Law after the word "appointments" to add with words ", procedure for award of pension to the disabled person of the first group and person who is on treatment in psychiatric institution", and to declare the second paragraph of part 3 invalid.

Article 5. In part 6 of article 35 of the Law of the word "during previous year" shall be replaced with words "last time".
