About approval of Changes in the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs

According to to Articles 7, 15, 33, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of transactions for realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 for No. 1044/21356 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine of Cold of S. V.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
