About some questions of application of temporary periodic customs declaring and recognition No. 117 which voided Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2011

According to part 13 and Item 3 of part 17 of article 102 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory, including classified by different codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which in the temporary declaration on goods (the temporary customs declaration) at the request of the customs applicant declaring with indication of one classification code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union in case of their room under customs procedure of export is allowed.

2. Determine that refining in the complete declaration on goods (the complete customs declaration) of the data changing the commodity codes according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union declared in the temporary declaration on goods (the temporary customs declaration) which attract change of rate of export customs duty is allowed concerning the exported crude oil in case of simultaneous accomplishment of the following conditions:

a) the special formulas of calculation of rates of export customs duties established according to Item 5 of article 3.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" are applied to crude oil;
