1. The power making organization which corresponding object is included in the plan of placement of objects for use of renewable energy resources within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of specifications from the Power transferring organization directs to connection to network to it the request for the conclusion of the agreement on connection of objects for use of renewable energy resources (further - the request) in any form.

The following documents are attached to the request:

1) constituent documents of the Power making organization;

2) specifications on connection to network;

3) the scheme of issue of power of the power plant developed according to requirements of the Power grid rules approved by the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2014 No. 210 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10899) (further - Power grid rules);

4) copies of letters of the Power transferring organization and the system operator about approval of the Scheme of issue of power of the power plant according to item 4 of Power grid rules.".
