About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of the name and signs of belonging to National police of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with Article 184-3 of such content:

"Article 184-3. Illegal use of the name and signs of belonging to National police of Ukraine

Illegal use by physical person of signs of belonging to National police of Ukraine in the absence of signs of the act provided by the Criminal code of Ukraine, or illegal use by physical person on the vehicle of the name of National police of Ukraine or derivative of it, including stated in foreign language,

involve imposing of penalty from one thousand to two thousand free minima of the income of citizens.

Illegal use by public authorities, local government bodies, legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs, and also public associations of signs of accessory, the name of National police of Ukraine or derivative of it, including stated in foreign language, on clothes, vehicles, buildings, forms of documents, in the name in the absence of signs of the act provided by the Criminal code of Ukraine

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons entrepreneurs, officials of public authorities, local government bodies, legal entities and public associations from two thousand to three thousand free minima of the income of citizens.

The actions provided by part one or the second this Article, which are commited by person which within year was subjected to administrative punishment for the same offense,

involve imposing of penalty on physical persons from three thousand to four thousand free minima of the income of citizens and on physical persons - entrepreneurs, officials - from four thousand to five thousand free minima of the income of citizens".
