About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of Turkmenistan "About architectural activities"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About architectural activities", adopted on February 4, 2017 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2017, No. 1, the Art. 8), the following amendments and change:

Article 1 to add 1) with Items of the following content:

"10) pricing in construction – the mechanism of formation of cost of services and materials which is part of general price policy in the construction market based on the general principles of pricing for all industries;

11) the national estimate regulatory base – complex of the legal acts, measurements, price lists and other documents developed for the purpose of pricing in construction.";

Article 5 after Item 3 to add 2) with Items of the following content:

"31) determines state policy in the field of development of the national estimate regulatory base and enhancement of system of pricing in construction;

32) establishes sources and the amounts of financing of activities for development of the national estimate regulatory base and to enhancement of system of pricing in construction.";

3) in Article 6:

to add the subitem "an" of Item 2 after the word "activities" with words ", both development of the national estimate regulatory base and enhancement of system of pricing in construction";

after Item 3 to add with Item of the following content:

"31) also the plan of its accomplishment develops the state program in the field of development of the national estimate regulatory base and enhancement of system of pricing in construction and submits them for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;";

add item 4 with the subitem of the following content:

"l) control of development of the national estimate regulatory base and enhancement of system of pricing in construction;";
