To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation to approve methodical recommendations about the questions connected with determination of standard rates of accumulating of solid utility waste in the part concerning carrying out measurements of waste, determination of units of account and categories of objects on which waste are formed.

3. Declare invalid Item of 6 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2015 No. 1219 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation and about change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 47, the Art. 6586).
