Article 1. Import to the territory of Ukraine of ethylated gasoline and lead additives to gasoline except aviation gasoline on goods item 2710 11 31 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities before introduction of the alternative type of fuel certified in Ukraine is forbidden since January 1, 2003 (on condition of its import of no more than 1000 tons within calendar year).
Article 2. Realization in the territory of Ukraine of ethylated gasoline except aviation gasoline on commodity poziiya 2710 11 31 00 according to UKT VZhD before introduction of the alternative type of fuel certified in Ukraine is forbidden since January 1, 2003.
Article 3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time:
submit offers on introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, following from this Law;
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
