About modification of the Regulations on honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri"

I. Bring in Regulations on honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri" approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of March 3, 2008 "About organization of honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri" (Sheets of Majlis of Turkyomenistan, 2008, No. 1, the Art. 18), the following changes:

In item four of the word "the local executive authority" shall be replaced with words 2) "local executive bodies";

Item sixth to state 3) in the following edition:

"6. The one-time award in the amount of the tenfold basic size established for calculation of public welfare payments is paid to mothers awarded honorary title of Turkmenistan with "Ene mahri".";

Item seventh to state 4) in the following edition:

"7. Mothers to whom the honorary title of Turkmenistan is given by "Ene mahri" use the privileges in cases and procedure established by the legislation of Turkmenistan it the right of free use of services of tooth prosthetics at the expense of means of the Government budget of Turkmenistan, means of public motor transport (except taxi), and also it is granted and jointly the family members living with them are granted the right of free use of water, gas, the electric power and housing and communal services at the expense of own means of relevant organs.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for item 4 of part I of this Law.

The item 4 of part I of this Law becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
