Part the second Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. On amount of social guarantees members of the Federation Council and deputies of the State Duma are equated to the federal minister, the Chairman of the Federation Council and the Chairman of the State Duma - to the Russian Prime Minister, the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council and the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma - to the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.";

Part the sixth Article 29 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6. Monthly pension supplement is established according to the petition from the citizen, having the right to such surcharge, by the decision of the head of the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of work and social protection of the population. The citizen having the right to monthly pension supplement can refuse it, having submitted the application addressed to the head of the specified federal executive body.
