About suspension of privatization of the companies of oil-processing industry of Ukraine
This Law is directed to enhancement of legal regulation of privatization processes in oil processing industry, on consecutive and effective reforming of economy of Ukraine.
Article 1. Temporarily, before adoption of the State program of privatization for 2004-2006 and the Law of Ukraine on features of privatization of the companies of oil-processing industry of Ukraine to suspend privatization and entering by the state into authorized capitals of economic societies of all patterns of ownership of blocks of shares of the companies of oil-processing industry of Ukraine which are in state-owned property and also their transfer as a deposit.
Article 2. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication and extends the action to legal regime of blocks of shares which at the time of entry into force of this Law are in state-owned property. All other regulatory legal acts are effective in the part which is not contradicting provisions of this Law.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the central executive bodies in a month from the date of publication of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
