"2.1. Use of systems of video conferencing in the closed judicial session is not allowed.";
2) Article 26.2 to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. As proofs the explanations of participants of proceeedings about administrative offense received by use of systems of video conferencing are allowed.";
3) Article 29.4 to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. In case, stipulated in Article 29.14 of this Code, the judge resolves question of participation in judicial session of persons specified in Articles 25.1 - 25.10 of this Code, by use of systems of video conferencing about what the corresponding determination is taken out.";
