Item 3 of Article 189.82 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The requirements of the Agency for bank deposit agreements and bank account agreements which passed to it according to the Federal Law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation" and as a result of the execution for bank of compensation to the acquirer of property value returned according to the procedure of the return transfer according to article 189.55 of this Federal Law are not considered in case of determination of number of votes on creditor meetings.";
Item 2 of Article 189.85 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The requirements of the Agency for bank deposit agreements and bank account agreements which passed to it according to the Federal Law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation" and as a result of the execution for bank of compensation to the acquirer of property value returned according to the procedure of the return transfer according to article 189.55 of this Federal Law join in the register of requirements of creditors irrespective of closing date of the register of requirements of creditors.";
Article 189.96 to add 3) with Item 13.1 of the following content:
