About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 ZR-243-N "About national pensions" (further - the Law) to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. Provisions of this Article do not extend to persons having the right to compensation according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia". After the termination of payment of compensation amount according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia" persons specified in this part acquire pension entitlement, established by this Article.".
Article 2. To add article 22 of the Law with part 4 following of content:
"4. Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia".
