About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. In article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 ZR-243-N "About national pensions" (further - the Law):

1) Item of 21 parts 1 after the word "execution)," to add with words "stays in employment relationships in the international organization (execution of job responsibilities),";

To add 2) with part 7 of the following content:

"7. The stay periods in employment relationships in the international organization (execution of job responsibilities) in case of award of pension are estimated in working life if the pension contribution paid to the government budget of the Republic of Armenia established by Appendix 1, being component of this Law, is made for person in the cases provided by the international treaty of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. Add the law with Appendix of 1 following content:

"Appendix 1

to the Law of the Republic of Armenia

"About national pensions"

Pension contribution of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia working in the international organizations

1. This Appendix establishes the relations connected with calculation and payment of the pension contribution which is subject to payment in the cases provided by the international treaty for the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are in the employment relationships in the international organization (fulfilling job responsibilities), circle of payers, rate, procedure for calculation and payment.

2. In this Appendix the following basic concepts are used:

1) the salary - according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions";

2) authorized body - the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;
