About introduction change and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. In article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 "About national pensions" (further - the Law) the words "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions" shall be replaced with words ZR-243-N "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service".

Article 2. To add item 4 of part 1 of article 41 of the Law after the words "in case of work" with words ", except for the judge and person staying in judgeship of the international court operating with participation of the Republic of Armenia which right to receipt of pension stops in case of transition to public service;".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 48 of the Law:

1) Items 5-7, 9-11 and 13-15 to recognize invalid;

Item 12 to state 2) in the following edition:

"12) establishes form of the pension certificate;".

Article 4. Add the law with Article 48.1 of the following content:

"Article 48.1. Welfare service

1. The chief of Welfare service directs welfare service.

2. Service:

1) demands from employers, other state bodies and the organizations, physical persons the documents necessary for appointment and pension payment, and in the cases established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia checks their reliability;

2) obtains the data necessary for forming of base from tax authority, in the cases and procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia checks their reliability;

Represents 3) to tax authority of the offer on refining of accuracy of the data, included in base, and to their change;

4) according to the procedure, established by the legislation, appoints, pereischislyat pensions, provides pension payment or rejects statements for award of pension, recalculation of the granted pension;
