1. In Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 25, 2010 No. 1060 "About enhancement of public administration in the field of information technologies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 35, Art. 4528; 2012, No. 22, of the Art. 2754) of the word "Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2010 No. 1632 "About enhancement of system of providing challenge of the emergency field services in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 1, the Art. 193):
a) in the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the word "Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation";
b) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation".
