Article 1. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 of ZR-243-N "About national pensions" the words "the certificate of work-the statement and necessary documents" shall be replaced with words "the statement for accounting of the fulfilled period in working life - the statement".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
