Article 1. Of December 11, 2013 "About employment" (further - the Law) the words "or 2" to exclude ZR-152-N from part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia, and to add part 2 after the words "parts 2" with the words "2 or".
Article 2. To add article 21 of the Law with part 4.2 following of content:
"4.2. The person who is on child care leave up to three years, looking for work in case of return to work before achievement of two-year age by the child has the right to the help for the organization of child care parallel to work according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
