About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About accreditation"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 8, 2012 ZR-20-N "About accreditation" (further - the Law):

To add 3) with Item 24 following of content:
"24) awareness - the corresponding capability of use of knowledge and skills.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 6 of the Law:
Item 1 to add 1) with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) council on accreditation;";
To exclude 2) from Item 2 of the word "council on accreditation and".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 7 of the Law:
Item 5 to declare 1) invalid;
"Conformity assessment body and this Law specified regarding 3rd Article 13" to exclude 2) from Item 5.1 of the word;
3) in Item 6 of the word "according to acts, documents of the Republic of Armenia, regional and international documents" shall be replaced with words "the rights and obligations established by the documents accepted according to acts, and also according to the international treaties of the Republic of Armenia ratified according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia".
