1.1. the fifth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the information security subsystems which are part of complex of technical counteraction of the state information systems;";
1.3. state Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:
"6. When implementing the activities connected with the prevention, identification and suppression of violations of procedure for the omission of voice and other messages of telecommunication, NTsOT is guided by requirements of the legislation on information, informatization and information security, including technical regulatory legal acts, information security policies.
7. NTsOT together with subjects of system ensures safety, availability, confidentiality and integrity of information according to requirements of the legislation, information security policies, conditions of service provision agreements and (or) agreements on interaction.";
