"The procedure provided by the law" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 Article 40 of the word "the procedure determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
"The procedure provided by the law" shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 41 of the word "the procedure determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
This Law is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
