1. For the purpose of preparation of reasonable materials concerning conclusion from operation of the main oil pipelines fixed on the right of economic maintaining to the state companies of oil and gas industry which treat the sphere of management of Ministry of Fuel and Energy (further - the companies), according to the decision of the director the working commission which part employees of the company, and in case of need representatives project and research establishments and other specialists are is created.
