About procedure of payments for oil products at the state gas stations public
For the purpose of further market development of fuel lubricants, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES: ensuring their rational use and streamlining of settlement system in the conditions of the permanent change in price for oil products
1. Accept the offer of the State committee on oil and gas approved with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, National Bank, the Ministry of transport, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the State committee on material resources on cancellation of single coupons on oil products and change of procedure of payments for oil products at the state gas stations public.
2. Determine that the state companies and the organizations to which operation of article 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 12, 1993 of N206 "About Measures for Reducing Cash Flow" in edition of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 29, 1994 of N197 concerning receipt of cash for payment of fuel cost does not extend perfrom clearing settlements for the oil products received through the state gas stations public according to sheets of the established form on condition of their advance payment.
Leave of oil products for cash to the companies and the organizations which have the right to it according to the mentioned Presidential decree of Ukraine are performed since April 1, 1994 only in the presence at the state gas stations of control cash registers.
Keep the existing procedure of payments and supply of oil products to the companies and the organizations which have departmental refueling Items.
3. Recommend to National Bank to carry out collection of cash of those gas stations which are in zone of routes of collection of Bank.
4. To the state committee on material resources to allocate in March, 1994 to the State committee on oil and gas control cash registers for gas stations.
