About measures for increase in efficiency of use of trunk oil pipeline system

For the purpose of ensuring effective functioning of the oil pipeline Odessa - Fords as component of the Euro-Asian petrotransport corridor and trunk oil pipeline system the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Support the offer of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy concerning oil transportation by trunk oil pipeline system for the purpose of its transit in amounts according to their technical characteristics (one million tons for year):

2. To provide to the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration, National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine", Ukrtransneft open joint stock company the conclusion of contracts for transportation of oil taking into account effective loading of trunk oil pipeline system.

3. Form Government commission concerning effective use of trunk oil pipeline system in structure according to appendix.
