1. Item 3 of the list of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 2014, 5/38337; 11:02. 2015, 5/40099) to add with subitem 3.6 of the following content:

2. To regional executive committees till December 1, 2018 to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2018, except for Item 2, of the official publication of this resolution which is becoming effective later.
