Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Taken legal effect the resolution on the case of administrative offense, by results of consideration of claims, protests chairmen of courts of cassation of the general jurisdiction, including cassation military court, their deputies or at the request of the chairman or his deputies the judge of the specified courts are competent to review decisions.";

Part 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"3. The chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, his deputies or at the request of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation or his deputies judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation consider claims, protests on taken legal effect the resolution on the case of administrative offense, decisions by results of consideration of claims, protests if they were considered according to the procedure, provided by part 2 of this Article.";
