About production and the address of organic products

For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
the address of organic products - storage, transportation and realization of organic products;
organic products - the products of plant, animal and microbiological origin intended for the use by the person in food or uses as forage for animals, the food staples intended for production of foodstuff, the seeds received as a result of production of organic products;
parallel production - implementation of simultaneous production of one type of the organic products and products which are not organic, legal entity or physical person including the individual entrepreneur;
the producer of organic products - the legal entity or physical person, including the individual entrepreneur performing the production of organic products having the certificate of conformity of National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus issued concerning organic products and processes of its production in case of voluntary certification, and included in the register of producers of organic products;
production of organic products - activities for creation, conversion of organic products with observance of the requirements to production processes of organic products established by this Law, technical regulatory legal acts, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and also the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
