Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 2/1665; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.06. 2013, 2/2025; 25.10. 2014, 2/2194; 21:01. 2018, 2/2534) following changes and amendments:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. The main terms used in this Law and their determinations
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
the attribute certificate - the electronic document published by the service provider and containing information on powers of physical person, including the individual entrepreneur (further, if is not provided other, - physical person) who is the owner of personal key of the digital signature (further - personal key), on signing of certain types of electronic documents, and also about other powers conferred to it on behalf of the organization or other physical person (further if other is not provided, - powers);
the copy of the electronic document - the form of external submission of the electronic paper document certified according to the procedure, established by this Law and other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
personal key - the sequence of symbols belonging to the determined organizations or physical person and used in case of development of the digital signature;
withdrawal of open key of verification of the digital signature (further - open key), the attribute certificate - the procedure consisting in early termination of action of open key, the attribute certificate;
