About entering of amendment into the Regulations on procedure for realization of cotton fiber at the exchange biddings

For the purpose of ensuring stable work of the existing textile productions, JSC Uzpakhtasanoat the Cabinet of Ministers decides reducings remaining balance of cotton fiber on terminals:

1. Paragraph one of Item 15 of the Regulations on procedure for realization of the cotton fiber at the exchange biddings approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 12, 2018 No. 106 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 2, the Art. 31), after the words "at a discount in the amount of 10 percent" to add with the words "and on remaining balance of cotton fiber of harvest of 2017-at a discount in the amount of 15 percent".

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. S. Otazhonov, the chairman of the board of JSC Uzpakhtasanoat A. I. Maksudov and the chairman of Uztekstilprom Association I. U. Haydarov.
