About power water gas supply shutdown prohibition to debtors - budgetary institutions of education and medicine
For the purpose of non-admission of the termination of rendering socially necessary services and accomplishment of the state constitutional guarantees to the population the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Prohibit all bodies of the state executive authority authorization of shutdown of power water gas supply to the working budgetary institutions of education and medicine in connection with their debt.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring normative and instructive base into accord with requirements of Item 1 of this Resolution.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take measures for connection of power water gas supply to the disconnected objects specified in Item 1 of this Resolution.
