About modification of the Procedure for provision of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming

1. Make to the section VI of the Procedure for provision of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 10, 2016 No. 1657/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 10, 2016 for No. 839/28969, the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

the paragraph one after the words "through the portal of electronic services" to add with words ", including by the automated access with use of software of maintaining information and telecommunication systems of the relevant state bodies by means of the applied program interface of the Unified state register (further - access to the Unified state register by means of the applied program interface),";

add Item with new paragraphs of such content:

"Access to the Unified state register by means of the applied program interface is provided only to officials of state bodies.

Access to the Unified state register by means of the applied program interface is provided with the technical administrator Reestra in real time in electronic form information and telecommunication means using means of technical and cryptographic information security according to the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and telecommunication systems".

The means of cryptographic information security having the certificate of conformity or the positive expert opinion by results of state examination in the field of cryptographic information security are applied to information security.
