About introduction of amendments to article 49-1 of the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 49-1 of the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 361-369, 673), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
consider single part part (1);
add Article with parts (2) and (3) the following content:
"(2) the monthly allowance for hiring of housing is paid to the Officer of protection who does not own individually or together with the spouse/spouse housing which is in personal property or office housing in the settlement in which it performs activities. The size and payment procedure of benefit are established by the Government.
(3) Regulations on compensation for expenses on hiring of housing become effective since January 1, 2019.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova of this law to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
