About introduction of amendments to article 38 of the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2006

Single Article. - In article 38 of the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 131-133, 679), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"b) parts (1) - (3) and (5) Article 69 and parts (1) - (5), (9) and (10) article 70 of the Code about elections.";
in Item c) parts (the words "March 1" shall be replaced with words 3) "on May 1".
