Chapter I General provisions

1. This provision establishes conditions and the procedure of accreditation of electronic platforms of purchases (further - EPZ), including conditions and the procedure of accreditation, termination and withdrawal of accreditation and powers of the Commission on accreditation of EPZ.

2. In sense of this provision the following concepts and abbreviations are determined:
