Bring in the Procedure for ensuring protection of the rights and interests of Ukraine in the trade and economic sphere within World Organization of trade approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2016 No. 346 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 44, the Art. 1623), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The chairman of interdepartmental working group is the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade. The vice-chairman is the deputy minister of economic development and trade - the Sales representative of Ukraine.
Heads, deputy managers of the interested bodies and the organizations are part of interdepartmental working group. The official structure of the interdepartmental working group is approved by the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
The chairman of interdepartmental working group appoints the secretary of interdepartmental working group.
On meeting of interdepartmental working group the invited persons and independent experts who are not members of interdepartmental working group and which do not take part in vote in case of decision making can be attracted with the right of participation in discussion of questions. The opinion of the invited persons and independent experts stated in writing is applied to the minutes.".
