About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 13, 1996 No. 586 "About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 8, 1996 No. 9 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of excise stamps in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages";
- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 6, 1998 No. 4 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application in the Kyrgyz Republic of excise stamps on the imported tobacco products and alcoholic beverages";
- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 12, 1998 No. 534 "About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 6, 1998 No. 4 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application in the Kyrgyz Republic of excise stamps on the imported tobacco products and alcoholic beverages".
3. Publish this Resolution in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
