About modification of the Nation-wide program of removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Nation-wide program of removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide program of removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 24, Art. 300; 2012, No. 23, Art. 231), following changes:

1. In paragraph eight of the Section "General provisions" of figure "2009-2012" to replace with figures "2019-2020".

2. In  the Section "Program Purpose":

state the name in the following edition:

"Purpose and main activities of the Program";

to add the paragraph of the seventh with words and figures "the treatment of spent nuclear fuel of RBMK-1000 reactors of the Chernobyl NPP";

the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"For goal achievement and the main directions of the Program it is necessary";

the twelfth to add the paragraph with words and figures "and also to provide construction and safe operation of storage of dry type for storage of spent nuclear fuel of RBMK-1000 reactors of the Chernobyl NPP (HOYaT-2)";

after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"provide protection from the fires of objects of the Chernobyl NPP at all stages of activities for removal from operation".

With respect thereto the fourteenth - the twenty sixth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifteenth - the twenty seventh;

the twentieth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
