1. Approve Regulations on procedure for calculation and payment in the Government budget of Ukraine of rent payment for oil and natural gas it (is applied).

2. Abolish orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 10.11.95 of N177 "About Approval of the Procedure for Transfer of Rent Payment for Oil and Natural Gas in the Government Budget of Ukraine" and of 31.12.1997 N285 "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Calculation and Payment in the Government Budget of Ukraine of Rent Payment for Oil and Natural Gas".

Regulations on procedure for calculation and payment in the Government budget of Ukraine of rent payment for oil and natural gas

1. According to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 1999" oil-and-gas production enterprises (except the state-owned joint stock company "Chernomorneftegaz") bring rent payment in the Government budget of Ukraine:

- for oil of own production in the amount of, to equivalent 3 US dollars for 1 ton;

- for natural gas of own production in the amount of, to equivalent 5 US dollars for 1000 cubic meters.
