According to provisions of article 29 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), and also for the purpose of prevention of distribution and fight against the African plague of pigs in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, DECIDES: the Government

1. The subitem 6) of Item 8 of the Sanitary and veterinary regulation on establishment of general measures on fight against certain diseases of animal and specific measures against the vesicular disease of pigs approved by the Order of the Government No. 1374/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 452, of the Art. 1426a) to state in the following edition:

"6) about distribution of the measures provided in subitems of 1)-4) of this Item on the next farms or on all farms of this settlement where three or more cases were confirmed officially;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
